Karson Moffett

Karson Moffett has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They currently hold the position of VP of Talent at Embark since July 2021. Prior to this, Karson worked as a Managing Partner at Elf Lighting from November 2004. In this role, they were responsible for strategizing and executing sales tactics, cultivating customer relationships, and monitoring company operations. Karson also served as a Recruiting Manager in Finance and Accounting at Robert Half from August 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they worked at L3 Technologies as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Engineering Liaison Lead from January 2017 to July 2019. In this position, Karson provided mechanical expertise and direction for aircraft modifications, as well as led a team of engineers for the Boeing 757 final assembly. Earlier in their career, Karson worked as a Manager at Katy Trail Ice House from March 2011 to August 2013, where they focused on employee mobilization and marketing campaigns. They also gained experience as a Construction Inspector at KBR, Inc. from August 2006 to February 2009, overseeing construction projects and ensuring adherence to specifications.

Karson Moffett obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University. This educational pursuit took place from the year 2013 to 2016.
