Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Embassy Services since December 2022, Hari Prakash specializes in hiring, background verification, and talent acquisition. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Executive in Human Resources at FABINDIA LIMITED from March 2021 to December 2022, focusing on recruitment, HRMS, and employee engagement activities. Previously, positions at Shoppers Stop and Royal Bank of Scotland contributed to a solid foundation in human resources and operational analysis. Early career experiences as an HR Trainee at ITW and a Field Work Trainee at udavi provided foundational skills in the HR field. Hari Prakash holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Master's of Social Work in Human Resources Management from Madras Christian College.
