Pradeep Lala

Pradeep Lala has extensive work experience in the industrial equipment and real estate sectors. Pradeep started their career in 1986 as a Manager - Sales at Ingersoll Rand, where they eventually became the Founder of one of the company's largest distributors in India. In 2000, they founded Horizon Airtech, a prominent distributor of industrial compressors manufactured by Ingersoll Rand, with a focus on increasing accessibility and availability of the company's products. Since 2013, Pradeep has served as the Managing Director & CEO at Embassy Services Pvt Ltd, where they have been responsible for building the organization's portfolio in the open markets with emphasis on integrating technology.

Pradeep Lala holds a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS). Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Ramaiah Institute Of Technology. Pradeep also attended St. Mary's High School for their high school education.
