Vinitha Kannambroth has extensive experience in facility management and customer experience across prestigious organizations in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Integrated Facility Management and Head of Operations for Residential at Embassy Services since December 2017, Vinitha oversees property maintenance and building operations for luxury residential properties. Prior roles include AGM and Head of Operations at Total Environment Building Systems, where responsibility involved managing a high-performing team focused on customer experience and customization for high-end residential projects, contributing to significant revenue generation. Vinitha's foundational experience includes customer relationship management roles at Sobha Developers Ltd and Ozone Propex Pvt Ltd. Academically, Vinitha holds a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from NSS College of Engineering and is pursuing a post-graduation in Construction Management at NICMAR.
