Andrea Renda

Andrea Renda is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multinational companies. Currently serving as Finance Director for LATAM at embecta since April 2022, Renda played a pivotal role as Senior Finance Manager LA at BD prior to the embecta spin-off. Previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at ROBOPAC Brasil and Consultant at AR Finance and Strategy Consulting. Notably, Renda spent nearly two decades at Johnson & Johnson, holding several key positions, including Regional Finance Director for the Consumer Supply Chain Operation in Latin America, overseeing major plants in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and Venezuela. Renda's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from USP and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, complemented by further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Singularity University in Silicon Valley.
