Avital Merl-Margulies

Avital Merl-Margulies is an experienced regulatory compliance professional with a robust background in regulatory affairs, having held senior leadership positions such as Senior Director of Regulatory Compliance and Director of Regulatory Affairs at embecta and BD, respectively. Previous roles include Associate Director and Regulatory Affairs Manager, contributing to a strong foundation in regulatory practices. Avital began a career as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Stryker Orthopaedics and also worked as a Biomaterial Process Development Engineer at Ortec International, Inc. Avital holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia Engineering and has furthered education at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
