Dmitry Kudinov, MD, EMBA, is the Country Business Leader for RCIS at embecta, overseeing commercial operations across several countries, including Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. With 20 years of experience in healthcare business, Kudinov has driven sales growth and innovation in various roles, notably achieving significant results as Regional Business Director for Eastern Europe at Accuray. They have developed robust public-private partnerships, managed diverse distributor networks, and launched multiple successful business initiatives across the CIS region. Kudinov holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Global Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota, alongside additional education from Harvard Business School.
