Michal Švarc

Michal Švarc is an accomplished R&D Tribe Leader and Principal Engineer at EmbedIT, with a focus on loan origination and a leadership role in a cross-functional team of ten. With extensive experience in application support and project management, Michal previously led teams of over 25 application support specialists at Home Credit International, managing operations across six countries. Additional experience includes project management at Multimedia atelier for clients like Allianz Insurance, and various senior IT roles at O2 Czech Republic and Telefonica O2, where responsibilities involved managing system departments and software projects for public administration. Michal began a professional career in IT management and web administration at ANAG spol. s r.o. and Silesian University in Opava, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Silesian University in Opava.
