Monica Diniz is an experienced human resources specialist with a diverse background in HR management. Currently serving as an Especialista em Recursos Humanos at Embelleze since November 2009, Monica has expertise in recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, salary structuring, employee engagement surveys, and internal consulting. Prior roles include Senior HR Analyst at Embelleze, where responsibilities encompassed integration of new employees, policy creation, organizational climate research, and support in career management.
