Rini Sucahyo

Rini Sucahyo is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Manager for Asia at Ember since January 2022. Previously, Rini held the position of Communications Lead at the Global Green Growth Institute from May 2017 to December 2021, where strategic communication initiatives were developed to support the organization’s country-level goals in Indonesia. Relevant experience includes a role as a board member at the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation, overseeing communications strategies, and various positions in the communications field, including freelance writing and editing, leading communications at Rikolto, and serving as Group Editor-in-Chief for TMP Group Media. Rini's early career features roles in business development and communications coordination, supplemented by a strong academic background in Computer Science, with MSc and BSc degrees from Lincoln University and the University of Utah, respectively.
