Jamie Glennon

Jamie Glennon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jamie's most recent role was as the Manager of Procurement & Field Services for EMBER Managed Security and IT, starting in August 2022. Previously, Jamie held positions such as Senior Technical Operations Consultant, Client Manager, and Service Desk Supervisor within the same company. Before joining EMBER, Jamie worked at Cognis IT as a Client Services Representative from November 2012 to May 2013. Prior to that, Jamie was employed at RSC Equipment Rental, where Jamie first served as a Manager from September 2008 to July 2010, and later as an Inside Sales Coordinator from July 2010 to June 2012. Jamie's career started at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in June 1998, where Jamie held the role of Branch Rental Manager for various locations until February 2008. Overall, Jamie possesses a breadth of experience in managerial, technical, and customer service roles across multiple industries.

Jamie Glennon completed the Cisco Networking Academy in 2012, where they obtained a CCNA degree in Computer Networking. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2000, Jamie attended Delaware Valley University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Their high school education was completed at Kennedy Kenrick Catholic from 1991 to 1995, although no degree or field of study was specified. Additionally, Jamie has obtained two additional certifications: CCNA Routing & Switching from Cisco in November 2012 and CCNA WIRELESS from Cisco in October 2015.
