Britta Zimmermann

Britta Zimmermann is currently the Executive Assistant to the COO at EMBL, where Britta also serves as a Personal Assistant to the Administrative Director. Prior to this, Britta worked as a Senior Personal Assistant to the Director at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights for almost a decade, focusing on external matters such as protocol, meetings, visits, and conferences. Before that, Britta was a Secretary to the College Secretariat at Eurojust and a Secretary to the General Manager at Emporiki Bank. Britta holds a degree in Yoga Teaching from BYO, and Diplom in Language Interpretation and Translation from Ruhr University Bochum. Britta also has a degree in Translator Greek - German, Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from University of Cologne.
