Olha Kovalova

Olha Kovalova is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in executive support and administrative management. Currently serving as the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Fintech Farm since September 2025, Olha previously fulfilled the same role at Intellias from October 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities included organizing meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Assistant at Nestlé, providing administrative and events support to the IT Global Leadership Team, and engaging in social media analysis and customer relations. Additionally, Olha served as Vice President and Coordinator of projects at the NGO “Territory of Initiative Youth,” focusing on youth projects in Lviv. Olha holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
