Elke Jagomast

Elke Jagomast has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment and Advice and Deputy Head of HR at EMBL since July 2005. Previous roles at EMBL include Senior Human Resources Officer and Deputy Head of HR, focusing on recruitment and personnel management. Prior to EMBL, Elke held HR positions at LION Bioscience AG from 2000 to 2005 and Rehamed Heidelberg GmbH from 1996 to 2000, as well as a freelance consultancy role at Reinhard GdbR in 1995-1996. Educational qualifications include an HR Specialist degree in Personnel Management from DGFP in 2001 and a Master's degree in Political Science and Roman Philology from Heidelberg University, earned between 1989 and 1995.
