Nataliya Nechytaylo

Nataliya Nechytaylo, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nataliya has held various roles in different organizations. Nataliya started their career at UNDP Ukraine in 1996, where they worked in various roles until 2002. In 2005, they joined the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) as a Personnel Assistant and later took on the role of Senior Recruitment Assistant. From 2012 to 2017, Nataliya served as the Chief of Human Resources Unit at ODIHR. In 2017, they joined OSCE as an HR Officer and was later promoted to the position of Chief, HR Administration and Payroll. Most recently, in 2022, Nataliya became the Head of Pay, Benefits and HR Analytics at EMBL.

Nataliya Nechytaylo obtained their Ph.D. in sociology from the Graduate School for Social Research, Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Polish Academy of Sciences, between the years 1999 and 2004.
