Candice Pumphrey-Godfrey

Candice Pumphrey-Godfrey, CRSP, has a diverse professional background with significant experience in business development and recruitment within the enterprise technology sector. Currently a member of AA-ISP since March 2022, Candice previously served as a Business Development specialist at Simplicity Consulting from June 2022 to September 2024, where responsibilities included strategic planning and relationship management. Candice has also worked as a full-cycle recruiter, implementing sourcing strategies and enhancing candidate engagement. Earlier career roles include positions as a Special Education Teacher at Klein ISD, Special Education Department Chair at Spring ISD, and various legal-related roles, including a paralegal at Dow Golub Remels & Beverly LLP. Candice holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Pre-Law Studies emphasis from Texas A&M University-Commerce, along with certifications from Lone Star College-CyFair, Auburn University, and Syracuse University.
