Olga Kantor

Olga Kantor has extensive work experience in the field of analytics and data management. Olga began their career in 1991 as a Systems Analyst at KPMG Peat Marwick before moving on to roles as a Systems Analyst at PCSI Ltd and a Systems Engineer at Main Street Marketing. In 1999, they joined Automated Software, Inc. as a Project Leader/Systems Analyst, where they worked until 2004. Olga'snext position was as a Senior Health Outcome Systems Analyst at FidelisCare NY, where they provided data support and analysis for various healthcare programs. In 2007, Kantor started working at EmblemHealth as the Lead Analytics and Reporting. Currently, they are employed at Affinity Health Plan as the Lead - Risk Analytics and Reconciliation. Throughout their career, Kantor has implemented process improvements, developed integrated reports, and analyzed complex quality issues to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Olga Kantor holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Services Management and Policy from The New School, which was obtained from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Math & Computer Science from Montclair State University between 1988 and 1991.
