Peter Chang

Peter Chang possesses extensive experience in health enrollment and community outreach, currently serving as the Lead Enrollment Analyst at EmblemHealth since November 2013. In addition to this role, Peter has held positions like Strategic Analyst, Lead Community Outreach Specialist, Lead Project Specialist, and Community Liaison within the same organization. Prior to EmblemHealth, Peter contributed to the Chinese-American Planning Council, Inc. for nearly eight years, starting as a Case Manager and Site Coordinator before advancing to Program Director. Peter Chang holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University at Buffalo.
