Tess Finkel

Tess Finkel currently serves as the AVP of Strategy & Partnerships at EmblemHealth, a position held since December 2021, after previously acting as Director of Strategic Initiatives. Prior to this role, Tess worked at Optum as Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development from July 2020 to December 2021. Additionally, Tess spent six years at The Kinetix Group, rising through the ranks to Senior Director, while also holding the positions of Director and Senior Program Manager. Tess Finkel earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Columbia University.
