Joel Hofmänner

Joel H. currently serves as CFO & COO and a member of the Executive Board at Well Gesundheit AG since 2023. In addition, Joel H. holds the position of Vice President of the Board of Directors at embotech since 2021. Previous roles include Head of BU Operations at isolutions AG (2021-2023), CFO & CHRO and Managing Director of the Pension Fund at Maerz Ofenbau AG (2018-2021), and various executive positions at ndd Medical Technologies from 2013 to 2018, including CFO & COO and Member of the Executive Board. Earlier career experience includes roles at LGT Private Banking (2009-2013) and ACV Treuhandunternehmen (2005-2008). Joel H. holds an executive MBA HSG in General Management from the University of St.Gallen and a degree in Banking & Finance with a minor in Leadership from The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur.
