Heather Ritchie

Heather Ritchie is the Chief Strategy Officer at Embr Labs since 2019. Prior to that, Heather held positions such as VP Product Strategy and Development at RealEndpoints from 2017-2019, Sr Director Product Strategy at Eliza, an HMS Company from 2016-2017, and VP Product Management at zakipoint Health from 2015-2016. With a background in product management and strategy, Heather also worked at Anthem as a Director of Digital Solutions from 2012-2015 and at WebMD Health Services as a Product Manager from 2005-2012. Heather holds an MSc in Healthcare Policy and Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and an AB in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University.
