With a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, gained from Springfield College, Esma has previous experience in roles such as Dependency Case Manager, Substance Abuse Counselor, Domestic Violence Case Manager, and Intake Coordinator. Esma is dedicated to serving those in crisis and making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families.
