Jessica Nieves is currently working as a Customer Service Advocate in both Integrated Health and Data Services at Embrace Families since November 2019. Previously, Jessica held the position of Guest Services Coordinator at AdventHealth from April 2016 to January 2019. Jessica also served as an Information and Eligibility Specialist at Embrace Families from 2018 to 2019. Furthermore, Jessica has experience as a Financial Counselor at Florida Health from 2012 to May 2015 and as an Avid Tutor at Osceola County School District from 2010 to May 2013. Jessica holds an Associate of Arts degree from Valencia College, completed in 2012.
