Jane Marie Chen is a co-founder and former CEO of Embrace & Embrace Innovations, a social enterprise focused on creating low-cost infant warmers to help vulnerable babies. Jane Marie has saved over 350,000 babies through their work with Embrace. Prior to that, Jane was a Leadership Development Program Associate at Pepsi in 2007 and an Associate at the Clinton Foundation in 2006. Jane Marie also served as the Program Director at Chi Heng Foundation from 2003 to 2005 and worked as a Consultant at Monitor Group from 2000 to 2003.

Jane Marie Chen attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they also attended the Harvard Kennedy School, where they received a Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree. Unfortunately, the field of study for both degrees was not provided.
