Alison Black

Alison Black is an experienced professional currently serving as Lock Desk Manager and previously as Lock Desk Specialist/PPE Quality Control Analyst at Embrace Home Loans since October 2019. Prior to this role, Alison worked at State Street from October 2016 to August 2019 as IT Project Coordinator and QA Software Analyst, where responsibilities included project documentation, budget monitoring, and regression testing for Oracle EBS R12. Earlier experience includes working as a Consulting SQA Tester at UST Global, where Alison performed functional and regression testing, and as a Quality Assurance Intern, gaining proficiency in the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Additionally, Alison served as a Teacher's Aide at Delphi Academy of Boston, assisting in classrooms and teaching physical education. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Rhode Island.
