Tim Higgins

Tim Higgins has extensive experience in the mortgage banking industry, starting as a Loan Officer at Capitol Mortgage Bankers in 1996. Tim then moved on to Mason Dixon Funding in 1998, where they served as Branch Manager and Loan Officer until 2009. From 2009 to 2014, Tim was the Branch Manager at Embrace Home Loans, leading the Rockville branch to over $2 billion in loan production. Tim was then promoted to Regional Sales Executive and later to Senior Vice President/Regional Executive at Embrace Home Loans, achieving top performance recognitions along the way.

Tim Higgins attended Gaithersburg High School from 1987 to 1990. Tim then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Psychology at the University of Maryland from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained certifications in coaching and mortgage loan origination.
