Patricia Lerche

Patricia Lerche is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various senior leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief People Strategy Officer at Embrace-it, Patricia has previously held the position of Nordic Head of Human Resources at Fremantle, where close collaboration with regional CEOs and the Global Chief People & Culture Officer was emphasized.
