Christine Garza- Bell

Christine Garza-Bell, LSW, currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Ivy Tech Community College since March 2024, teaching future Early Education Educators. In addition, Christine is a Certified Instructor with Conscious Discipline, providing training and coaching on the model, and a Behavioral Health Clinician at Riley Children's Health, offering acute assessments for individuals with mental health concerns. As President of Building Brilliant Beginnings and former Vice President of Early Learning Administration at Early Learning Indiana, Christine led multiple early learning centers and enhanced grant funding. Previous roles include Director at EHS Child Care Network and Center Director at Family Development Services, Inc., where regulatory compliance and program accreditation were achieved. Christine holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Educational Neuroscience from Butler University and a Master of Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis, complemented by a background in Developmental Psychology and Early Childhood Education.
