Dana LaSota, MS, is a seasoned professional in the fields of developmental therapy, movement education, and holistic health coaching. Currently serving as a Developmental Therapist at Positive Steps Therapy, LLC, Dana employs a collaborative approach to provide therapy both in-person and virtually. As the proprietor of Power Thru Movement, Dana offers science-based movement services and empowers individuals to enhance their body-mind connection. With extensive experience as an instructor, performer, and choreographer at the Dance Conservatory of Pittsburgh, Dana also contributes to the institution through grant writing and program development. Dana has held adjunct faculty positions at Slippery Rock University and the University of Pittsburgh, teaching courses related to health, wellness, and movement. Previous roles include therapeutic support for autistic children and creative movement instruction in New York City public schools. Dana holds a Master's degree in Developmental Movement from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton.
