Diego Pugliese has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Diego started their career as an IT Analyst at Accenture Brasil in 2005 and worked there until 2007. Diego then joined Embraer in 2007 and held various roles within the company. Diego started as a Customer Support Engineer and eventually became a Customer Support Engineer Lead from 2007 to 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as the Manager of the Customer TechCare Center, focusing on Commercial Aviation technical support. In 2018, Diego became the Director of the Customer TechCare Center and held this position until 2020.
