Renata Valentim Vieira

Renata Valentim Vieira has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Renata Valentim started their career in 1999 as an HR Analyst at Cosmos Bio RH and later moved on to work as an HR Coordinator at Adecco Professional Brasil from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Pilkington as an HR Analyst. In 2007, they transitioned to Embraer, where they held the role of Sr HR Manager until October 2023 when they became the Global Head of Human Resources.

Renata Valentim Vieira holds a Certificate in the Executive Program in Leadership from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which was obtained in 2019. Renata Valentim earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, completed between 2010 and 2012. In addition, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade de Taubaté, obtained between 1993 and 1998. Renata also obtained a certification in Corporate Governance from IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa in November 2023 (future date).
