Maddy Sadiq

Maddy Sadiq currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at Phagenesis Ltd since January 2025. Prior to this role, Maddy Sadiq spent nearly a decade at QIAGEN, progressing through various positions including Senior Manager, Global HR Business Partner for Global Operations, CMRA & Legal Affairs, and other HR operational roles. Maddy Sadiq began a career in recruitment with positions at blueskies, Interaction Recruitment, and Brook Street. Educationally, Maddy Sadiq is pursuing CIPD Level 7 qualifications in Strategic People Management and holds a Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management, along with a Postgraduate Certificate in Welfare Studies and a BSc Hons in Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire.
