Paulo Sergio Fresneda

Paulo Sergio Fresneda is a Senior Business Consultant at the Ministério da Agricultura e Pecuária - MAPA, providing technical advice on open innovation and innovation ecosystems since September 2024. With extensive experience at EMBRAPA since 1975, Fresneda has served in various roles, including Senior Researcher and President's Advisor, and has held the position of Manager at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply since January 2019. Additional roles include Coordinator at CT-GCIE (2005 - September 2024), Manager of Strategic Management at the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (2005 - 2012), and Professor at Universidade Católica de Brasília from 1997 to 2010.
