Carmen Rosa López is a seasoned UX Designer and Researcher currently working at Nava since August 2021, focusing on enhancing government services for over 50 million people. Prior to this role, Carmen served as a Design Strategist at Arup, developing user experience strategies for renowned clients, including UN Women and Google.
