Robson Barizon

Robson Barizon is a skilled researcher with extensive experience in pesticide environmental fate and risk assessment. Currently, Robson holds the position of Head of Research and Development at Embrapa Meio Ambiente since February 2024 and has been a researcher at Embrapa since June 2010. Previous roles include Environmental Risk Assessment at Syngenta Crop Protection and researcher at Bioagri Ambiental. Robson began the professional career as an agronomist at C.Vale - Cooperativa Agroindustrial. Educationally, Robson has an Executive MBA in Project Management from USP, a Ph.D. in Soil Sciences from USP, and a Master's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from Universidade Estadual Paulista. Additionally, Robson completed an International Course on Advanced Principles of Toxicology at the University of Guelph.
