Talita Cristina Leao

Talita Cristina Leao has over 15 years of diverse experience in human resources and administrative roles. Talita currently serves as Coordenadora de RH at Grupo Embrasa, overseeing HR policies and procedures, recruitment processes, and employee management since July 2009. Prior to this role, Talita worked at Canal Distribuição as an Assistente de faturamento and at Weldmatic Automotive as an Analista de RH, focusing on employee well-being programs and training. Talita began the career at John Deere as an Estagiário in Safety and HR, contributing to health promotion initiatives. Educational qualifications include a current pursuit of a Psychology degree at Centro Universitário UNA, a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management of People and Coaching from IPOG, and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education from Universidade Federal de Goiás.
