Catherine Bluiett

Catherine Bluiett has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Catherine currently holds the position of Vice President People at Embroker since 2023. Prior to this, Catherine worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Salo from 2021 to 2023, where they provided HR expertise to national and global organizations. Catherine was also a Human Resources Manager at Minnesota Native Landscapes from 2019 to 2021, where they led the HR function and collaborated with business leaders on workforce planning. Before that, Catherine served as the Director of Human Resources at True Friends from 2013 to 2019, overseeing the HR function and supervising a team of professionals. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Representative at GfK from 2006 to 2013 and as a Human Resources Administrator at Northern Star Company from 1999 to 2004.

Catherine Bluiett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota, with a focus on Spanish and American Studies. Catherine also has a certification in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
