Prior to joining the Titans, Lessmiller worked five years in healthcare as an Employee Relations Manager for AMSURG, where she collaborated with leaders on employee relations matters in surgery centers across the country and assigned corporate departments.
After graduating with a BA in Human Resources Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2010, Lessmiller traveled in Europe for two months before beginning her professional career.
A native of West Chester, Pa., Lessmiller was raised in Franklin, Tenn. She now resides in Spring Hill with her husband, Kyle, daughter, MacKenzie, and dog (Griffin), with other family members living nearby.
