Nilanjana Srivastava

Nilanjana Srivastava has over 22 years of work experience in various roles within the human resources field. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as an HR Manager at VJ Coresoft Pvt. Ltd. Following that, they served as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at ADP from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they briefly worked as an HR Consultant at Infor. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an HR Consultant at Design for Change. Starting in 2018, they became a Managing Partner at Tellus World, LLC, and held that position until 2021. Presently, Nilanjana is employed as the Onboarding and Recruiting Ops Lead at Embroker since August 2021.

Nilanjana Srivastava completed a course in Designing Organizational Structure at Harvard Business School Online in 2023. Nilanjana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Pune University. Nilanjana also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science from the same institution.
