Wendy M. Kent is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in civil defense litigation and insurance claims. Currently serving as Senior Claim Counsel at Embroker since March 2024, Wendy previously held the same title at Travelers from August 2017 to March 2024. Wendy also practiced as a Partner and senior trial attorney at Bodyfelt Mount LLP from March 2015 to August 2017, focusing on high exposure personal injury claims, product liability, premises liability, professional malpractice, and employment claims across federal and state courts in Oregon and Washington. Before this, Wendy was a Partner at Wiles Law Group from May 2013 to March 2015, emphasizing employment and personal injury defense. Wendy's legal career began as Managing Attorney and Lead Trial Counsel for Zurich North America from 2004 to 2013, and prior to that, Wendy served as Of Counsel at Brisbee & Stockton, LLC from 1995 to 2004.
