Diana Mazzella

Diana Mazzella is the Senior Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where responsibilities include overseeing philanthropy and alumni engagement communications and leading a team to enhance giving for scholarships, student success, faculty support, and research. Mazzella previously served as the Sr. Director of Marketing and Communications for Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement at Embry-Riddle, as well as Publications Editor, managing the Lift alumni magazine. Prior experience includes roles at West Virginia University as Editor of WVU Magazine and Managing Editor, in addition to teaching journalism as an Adjunct Instructor at the WVU Reed College of Media. Early career highlights include reporting for The Daily Advance and a stint as a Freelance Writer for the Associated Press. Mazzella holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Florida and a graduate certificate in Digital Marketing Communications from West Virginia University.
