Leah Flint

Leah Flint, M.A., serves as the Executive Director of Academic Operations & Training at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where responsibilities include overseeing academic advising services for over 20,000 students and managing a team of Senior Academic Advisors and Trainers. Previous roles at Embry-Riddle include Senior Director of Academic Advising Operations & Training and Senior Director of Academic Advising for the College of Aviation, where Leah supervised a large advising team and ensured compliance with curriculum changes. Prior to Embry-Riddle, Leah was the Director of Veteran Services at Jefferson Community College, managing services for Veteran students and developing policies for the department, and served as the Veteran Services Coordinator at Gonzaga University, assisting over 100 veterans in transitioning to college life. Leah holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in Educational Services with a minor in Psychology from East Carolina University.
