Tracy Parodi M.a.ed

Tracy Parodi M.A.Ed possesses extensive experience in technology integration and instructional design, currently serving as an Instructional Technologist at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University since February 2020. Prior to this role, Tracy worked as a Personalized Learning Leader with the Volusia County School District from August 2017 to February 2020, where responsibilities included modeling technology-based lessons and creating online resources. Tracy's earlier roles in the same district, from July 2005 to June 2017, encompassed being an Online Instructor for K-5 and teaching first and kindergarten grades, where implementation of the RTI model and data-driven decision-making were key contributions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Western Governors University, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Stetson University, and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education, also from Stetson University.
