Kristine Heilman

Kristine Heilman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in instructional technology, law enforcement, and payroll operations. Since September 2009, Kristine has held various roles at Metro State University, including Instructional Technologist and Community Faculty, where the focus has been on teaching research writing to undergraduate Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice majors. Prior to this, Kristine served as a Reserve Police Officer for the Champlin Minnesota Police Department and worked as a Geek Squad Agent at Best Buy. In the corporate sector, positions included Payroll Operations Manager at Cargill and US Bank, and Business Analyst at Target, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR management and systems. Kristine's educational credentials include a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Law Enforcement Licensing Certificate from Metro State University, and a BA in Human Services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
