Sarah Marshall

Sarah Marshall currently serves as the Head of HR at Embryo since July 2025. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions at Havas Lynx from April 2020 to June 2025, first as Senior People Partner and then as Lead People Partner. Sarah's career in human resources began at DD Williamson as an HR Coordinator from January 2009 to November 2014, and continued at RealityMine and Beauty Bay Ltd as HR Manager from November 2014 to April 2020. Earlier in the career, Sarah worked as a Quality Administrator at Photronics from October 2002 to January 2009. Sarah holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Salford, completed between 2011 and 2013.
