Jesse Mitchell Pe

Jesse Mitchell, PE, is a Senior Project Engineer at EMC Engineering Services, Inc. since March 2017, bringing extensive experience in engineering and project management. Prior roles include serving as a Professional Engineer and Roadway Design Engineer at Jacobs from January 2012 to March 2017, and as an Estimating Assistant at both Great Southern, LLC and Ambling Management Company in 2011 and 2010, respectively. Mitchell also gained early experience as an Engineering Intern at Bailey Bishop & Lane in 2009, where responsibilities included drafting designs and utilizing AutoCAD for drainage systems. Educationally, Mitchell holds an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and an Associate’s Degree from North Florida Community College.
