Emily Maule

Emily Maule is a seasoned educational professional with extensive expertise in Learning and Development, content strategy, and curriculum design. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at emc3 since July 2022, Emily drives L&D initiatives and supports team goal achievement. Previously, as a Content and Event Strategist, Emily led strategic workshops and assisted clients with messaging strategies. Emily's experience includes roles such as NPQML Tutor at Real Training and Curriculum Author and Consultant at Reach Academy Feltham, where a successful Department for Education bid led to the delivery of innovative curricula in 150 schools. With a track record of enhancing GCSE, A Level, and BTEC results, Emily has also managed teams, developed training programs, and coached educators throughout their careers. Emily holds an MA in Geography from the University of Cambridge and a PGCE from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society.
