Kylie Ayson

Kylie Ayson is an experienced professional in training and development within the educational and human resources sectors. Currently serving as a Training and Development Advisor at HRUC, Kylie is responsible for learning needs assessment, coordinating staff training, overseeing wellbeing strategies, and managing development compliance. Previous roles include School Improvement Leader at St Francis of Assisi School, where Kylie founded the well-being committee and led IT and PE initiatives, and various teaching positions in primary education. With a foundation in human resources from Bunnings, Kylie has effectively organized staff events and training sessions throughout the career.
