Kyna Sear has extensive work experience in the events industry. Kyna started their career at Fantasy Carnival Ltd as a Sales Advisor and Promoter, where they handled ticket sales, registration, and costume fittings. Kyna then worked at AFC Bournemouth as a VIP Box Manager for Black Label Events. After that, they joined Allianz Insurance as a Corporate Events Assistant. In 2015, Kyna started working at emc3 as an Events Assistant and steadily progressed to become an Event Manager, Senior Event Producer, Senior Producer & Account Manager, and eventually an Account Director. In their current role as the Head of Client Experience at emc3, Kyna leads strategic storytelling and creativity to enhance attendee experiences and transform the way businesses connect with their customers.
Kyna Sear graduated from Bournemouth University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA hons) degree in Events Management in 2015. Prior to that, they received a High School Diploma from Maple Leaf International School in 2011. In addition, they hold certifications in Mental Health First Aid, CIEH Level 2 Emergency First Aid Work, and a Food & Hygiene Level 1 Certificate.
