Flavia Caroni

Flavia Caroni currently serves as the VP of People & Performance for West and East Emerging Markets at Kraft Heinz, a position held since August 2020. Prior to this role, Flavia was the Regional Vice President of Human Resources at Whirlpool Corporation, overseeing HR processes in Brazil and the Southern Latin America region from March 2019 to January 2020. Flavia's extensive experience in HR spans various leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark from 2005 to 2019, including HR Director positions for both the South LAO and Andean regions and HR Head for Peru. Flavia's professional development includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from FGV and an MBA in Strategic Business Management, among other academic qualifications in HR and Business Administration.
